Experience Property Management has handled our rental since 2017. Diana and Brad are professional and have found wonderful tenants for us. I feel Experience Property Management work both for the owner and the tenant. I trust this company with our home. We will continue working with Diana and Brad in 2020.

I rented a house through Experience Property Management Group - specifically through Dianna Scarano. I found the property through Zillow and wanted to tour it so I reached out to Dianna and scheduled an appointment. I arrived to the property at our scheduled time and day, but Dianna did not show. Luckily the owner was working on the house at the time and I was able to still look inside. The landlord proceeded to call Dianna and handed me the phone to speak with her; all she asked was if I still needed her to come to the property, which I didn’t see the point of her coming when I was already inside, but it would have been nice to have met her and had a guided tour with more information about the application process and the house. I applied and was approved; I was then sent the lease and it was constructed completely one sided, had numerous typos, and was very unorganized. We had to negotiate a lot of terms on the lease to make the lease even somewhat decent to make us comfortable signing it. We scheduled a time and place to meet for me to pay her what was due to move in the day before we were scheduled to move in. She showed up 30 minutes late and proceeded to make me late to somewhere I needed to be after meeting with her - which she knew about before scheduling this meet up. She also gave us the keys a day earlier than the lease started - it made it easier for us, and we didn’t go in until the day our lease started, but if I were a landlord I would not like that. Throughout my time leasing I dealt mainly with the landlord since she really only handles the lease, but any time I needed her it took days at times to get ahold of her. I would highly recommend looking for a different management company. This company has no reviews other than mine as of now, but Dianna has been involved in other companies with terrible reviews such as “M & M Realty Solutions LLC” you can look at those reviews on yelp.
