I wish I could give this company a negative star. They dont deserve 1 star. FYI.. I wouldn't recommend using this company. I booked with them months in advance at a rate of 950. I had to keep calling this company to find out what time frame my car will be picked up. All I got was ill call u back, never received a call back. I called again, I was told to be home between 8a-12noon. He said the driver would call me. Never received a call from the driver. The day of my move I called again just to confirm the time again. He said ill call u back. Never received a call back. Suddenly I get a call from the driver stating he'll be arriving soon. Driver arrived and I notice thats not the company I hired. I was told that Experienced Auto Transport is a Broker. I call Experienced AutoTransport to see what is going on , I was told it will be an extra 200 because they didnt have a truck going to my destination. They had months to figure out this mess. For them to tell me the day of my move was not perfessional at all. The guy had the nerve to tell me, i emailed you a new contract. What the hell!!! The day of my move I wouldn't recommend this company to nobody. Only good thing is my driver was nice and understood my frustration with this company...

Ronnie sent me a quote for 900. I agreed and payed the deposit for 200 he really charged me 250. Car showed up through another transport company and wanted 725. 75 bucks more then the quote. When called they said it fell through the cracks and there was nothing they could do. A simple heads up would have been nice. They will not remove your car from the trailer untill paid in full. Would give this company negative stars. Don't use them.
Worst company ever, same company as Regal. Ronnie will scam you for your money and cuss you out while doing so. You may or may not get your car picked up and delivered, but it shouldn't be that way. The broker should find a carrier for you and if they cannot, they should return your deposit. Ronnie will not do that for you and make empty promises to leave you hanging. Avoid this company at all cost.
Don't let the new company fool you, his personality and character is just as disgusting as his business. Dont plan to fall for his lies and give him money up front. You will thank yourself later choosing a different \company\.
This company was extremely dishonest! After we agreed on the price of 1450 dollars to transport a pickup truck from VA to CA, Ronnie raised the price an extra 200 dollars. Without any prior notification the truck driver arrived to pick up the vehicle. The first driver then called the next day from Maryland asking where the truck needed to be delivered... This was a clear indication that EAT did not communicate properly with their drivers, as we did not know that the truck was stopping in Maryland. Eventually that issue was sorted out and the truck switched trucks and began it's shipment to CA. Two days later Ronnie calls exasperated about the truck being overweight and demanded an additional 200 dollars. We agreed to this. We asked on more than one occasion if the final balance needed to be paid with a cashier's check, to which Ronnie continued to assure us that a personal check would be sufficient. Upon delivery the driver, which we do not fault, presented us with a balance with an extra 50 dollars added for no apparent reason. When questioned about the unagreed upon balance, Ronnie asked \ why be concerned about an extra 50 dollars?\ I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone. Ronnie's behavior, which represents this company, was very deceiving.
