We were so impressed that just 2 weeks following the installation the turf had recovered and you could hardly tell a system had been installed. Billy & Jack were very informative, hard workers, respectful and get the job done in a quick, timely manner. They answered all of my questions, walked me through the brand new App I just added, to control my sprinkler system and found a leak in the backyard pretty fast! They are both detail oriented and efficient. Prestige customer service, just the way I like it!!! I will ONLY do business with friendly and professional companies, such as Expert Irrigation, which is why I’ve been using them for the last 7 years, since I’ve moved into this house. I always recommend this company to everyone that’s looking for services that Expert Irrigation offers because they are the BEST!

Had a GREAT experience with Chris. Bought the house recently and Chris has been instrumental in helping me figure out the irrigation system which has included mapping out the 12 zones (12 ZONES!), capping and replacing heads so that the system made more sense for my yard, swapping out the control panel so I can manage it from my phone (which is incredible!), and teaching me how the whole system works. Very patient. Incredibly knowledgeable. Prompt. Responsive. Personable. Heart of a teacher. Thanks Expert!

We have had issues with particular service people before but Karen came out last week and she was great. Friendly, asked a lot of questions and adjusted one head that was not performing properly. Next time I will request Karen. She is great! Great personality as well.

Karen performed one of the mid-summer maintenance calls yesterday. Having just purchased the house with an installed sprinkler system in mid-February we found that we needed the water due to the extra dry early summer. We contacted Expert Irrigation since they had installed it originally. We've had two service calls since we signed the contract and are very satisfied with their work. They have also been helpful in getting me up to speed on a system I know little about.

Expert Irrigation has done a great job for me. I have worked with Sue in the office and she has always done a great job to accommodate my schedule and get me service as soon as possible. She is a pleasure to deal with. For service, Austin has been my technician. He is always prompt, professional, and efficient. He has done multiple jobs from me, from installing new valves, to running new piping. They get five stars from me!
