My experience over the phone with Express Med is not good. On my last three occasions I have encountered order takers in Fenton, Mo and St Louis Mo. On all three occasions I have been left to feel that my order is inconvenience to the order taker. because they could not distinguish between products of a distributor carried..colomagic. A refund was never sent to me via card when I returned mis-order. When I order again the last two times the order takers were rude and seemed to want to get off the phone hoping for larger orders I suppose. When asked if they carried support stockings because I thought i had ordered through Med Express before, I was given an argumentative tone when told I can prove it because I see your history with us. Looking elsewhere .

Shouldn’t be allowed to sell medical supplies, they won’t let you know when they don’t have something in their inventory so you just have to wait and call to check if they have it, or the worst case, wait for a week, call, and then have them tell you that they still haven’t received the products. Massively outdated. You also call to express your concern and they indifferently tell you that they don’t count with the software to update customers on whether they have the product or not. They also tell you that they don’t plan to do it.
