By far my favorite urgent care. One of their assistants, I believe her name was Kristina, very attentive and genuinely cared about my medical issues. She answered questions and eased my anxieties. Would recommend others.

I have gone to this urgent care many times over the past few years when my doctor or kid’s pediatrician weren’t able to see us. The waiting room is spacious and clean. The staff is very professional and efficient. When we are called to the examining area, the medical assistant is always friendly but gets down to business taking our vitals and complaints. When they leave the room, the doctor comes in a few minutes later. Dr Malumba is the greatest! He has a friendly, compassionate attitude, is respectful, and really listens carefully to your symptoms and takes the time to answer questions, he’s not the type to rush in and out. I’m a medical assistant myself, so I notice these things, both positive and negative. The only comment I would have that’s not entirely positive is that staff members seem to change often, especially the medical assistants, but maybe it’s a place where they do externships for students. I want to take the time to note that at this critical time during the pandemic, they are being very cautious and using safe practices. There is a note on the door to call in before entering if you have certain symptoms. They ask a lot of questions and then ask the provider if it’s still okay for you to come in. This may be annoying to some people but it’s for everyone’s safety. I think it’s really important to share reviews with people that are positive, not just negative. Otherwise, how would they know what they were doing right, and what patients can expect? I give all stars to Dr Mulumba and his staff! Thank you for your excellent care.
Kristina and Krysta were both absolutely amazing and super kind! If i ever have a future issue this is for sure the place i will go!
I'm never one to write bad reviews because I always try to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt, however, this Urgent Care's carelessness is absurd. DO NOT GO TO EXPRESSMED URGENT CARE IN HILLIARD FOR A COVID TEST. I went last Sunday, 11/1, to get a nose swab COVID test. Mike and I had a wedding we were supposed to be in on 11/7, so I wanted to get tested out of an abundance of caution. I was told that I'd have my results back by Wednesday, 11/4. I hadn't gotten a call by Wednesday afternoon, so I called at 3:45 and asked if they had my results yet. The woman who answered the phone only asked for my name and proceeded to tell me they didn't have the results yet. I still didn't hear from them by 5:00 on Thursday, so I called again. I spoke with the same woman, who again, only asked for my name. She told me that she's been calling as they came in and has not seen my name. At this point, my husband and I couldn't risk getting the wedding guests sick, so we told our best friends that we could no longer be in their wedding. Today, 11/9, rolls around and I called again, telling them it's been 8 DAYS and no results. The woman, who I could tell was different from the person I spoke to last week, asked me for my name AND birthday this time. Come to find out that they HAD MY RESULTS ON WEDNESDAY!!!!! They said they called me Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with no answer. Turns out they didn't update my phone number in their system after I put my new number on the paperwork I did when I got tested! There is NO REASON for such carelessness. Do yourself a favor and avoid going here!
Went in to get some blood work done and waited 45 mins in the waiting room when no one was waiting in the waiting room. Then I went to the front desk to ask how much longer I have to wait and the guy said 20 more mins. They are unprofessional they don’t know what they are doing. They make you wait 45mins then say wait another 20 mins. Just waste your time. When you are ready to leave they say we can take you now. Don’t waste your time at this place.
They really helped me out ALOT. They close at 3 on Saturday and I came in at 245. They took me in and got my DOT physical taken care of, really did me a giant favor by doing that. 2 thumbs way up. Will be back.
I really just sat in their parking lot for two hours to be covid tested
