1st time guest. Charlene did a great job! Started on time and professional. I felt safe and all covid 19 measures in place. Was not crowded so I felt comfortable , not crammed. Easy to book online too! Fast and friendly service! Style was exactly what I wanted. Very personable! Thanks Charlene! Already made my next appointment!!! :)

I have been going to Charlene since 2012. She is wonderful, amazing, knowledgeable, fast and a complete professional at what she does. I had moved away for a couple of years and had someone really damage my hair and when I came back my first stop was Charlene. If I had not gone to her right away my hair would have fallen out! She is so great at what she does, she took the time to help my hair heal without further damaging it. Now my hair has grown so much and is very healthy, if we ever have to move again I will plan trips back to VA just to see her! Your appointment time is your appointment time and you are not sitting there waiting for multiple other people. She does not book multiple people in one slot, so your hair has her attention. And her salon is very clean. Even before Covid-19 it was spotless. I can go on and on about how grateful I am for Charlene and how skilled she is. Thank you so much!
