Nice place, awesome staff (Anna, Heather and Jamie) front desk girls thank you! I really do appreciate you guys. Thank you for providing my needs and checking up on me to make sure my room is clean and that I have enough towels :) My room is huge for just one person, complete kitchen sets, comfortable bed and most of all free parking. And the plus side tons of restaurants/fast food nearby. Great Location too!. I recommend this area.

This place was recommended to me. It was also the cheapest location on priceline in Waukesha near children's hospital where my son was having a procedure. But this place was a dump. I was grossed out by most everything in the place. The lobby had spilled soda everywhere. No employee seemed very concerned with it. The elevator was beat up and looked like it hadnt had any repairs in decades. The elevator was loud and creaky. But the room was the worst. The fridge was all dented up, had crumbs all over the inside. One reason I wanted this place was for the desk, which was fine. The chairs on the other hand were gross. Food and body dust all over them. Drawers and cabinets still had stuff in them still. Random food and stuff in the kitchen cabinets. Just over all very disgusted. Would have been 1 star but the bed was clean and sheets were relatively soft and seemed clean.

Heather at the front desk was the most gracious God sent woman to me and my mom.she lended a listening ear and made sure we ate she definitely had a pleasant attitude that made our stay and what we were going through bearable

Hotel was def no frills but unlike other reviewers I thought it was clean enough. The kitchenette (or that area of the room) makes a lot of noises and I was afraid they would wake me up but I slept fine. You have to ask the front desk for cups and plates and such which I actually appreciated because I always wonder about kitchenettes that come pre-stocked. I didn't actually use the kitchenett to prepare food in but it seemed cheaply made. I don't remember seeing a coffee pot. Check-in and check out were fast and easy. The "Breakfast" isn't really worth mentioning. Some granola bars and coffee with only sweetened creamer options. I also didn't explore but the only community "lounge" area seemed to consist of a few chairs by the elevator.

I love the fully functional kitchens in each of the rooms! However, I really do wish they allowed pets to stay here at ESA!

I stayed for three months for a job in town. The rates are good for long stays. The weekly room cleaning could be more thorough. The bathroom mirror would still have spots on it, the bathtub sometimes looked like it wasn't cleaned at all. The TV will always turn on to a loading page with the volume reset and you would have to choose to watch TV. Everyday you need to sign into the wifi and choose your plan. They do provide some basic dishes, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, upon request that you are responsible for washing. The fridge is basic and standard. Their is on-site washers and dryers that cost 2 each per use, and you need your own detergent. You can have mail delivered and will be held at the fron desk. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful.
