First, it's a 2 star and I'm rating it with that in mind. The personnel at the front desk are extremely helpful and polite. They can't flex some issues, like booking outside agencies with the hotel for extensions, but they always has good advice and fast service. Water pressure was low and the walls let a lot of noise through. Expected some of that on the budget. Booked for an average of 63 a day online. 80 if you book through the hotel. Room was clean and spacious in regards to the price and location.

I walked into room 306 and it smelled terrible. I tried to turn on the light but the cord was cut. The light in the "kitchenette" area worked, I turned it on and saw a cluster ROACHES. I looked under the beds (pics to follow) there was trash and stains on the carpet. Mold in the AC unit. I went straight to the lobby and Dejia acted like she didn't really care. Told me there was nothing they could do to process a refund because I booked through a third-party, Priceline. (Including a separate charge of 100 for a deposit for booking through a third-party, which was NOT posted online.) She said only a manager can help but she can not check me out early. Xena is who I can speak to at 11am tomorrow.

The staff were really nice my only problem was the toilet. It didn't flush well. Aside from that everything else was fine.

Awful hotel. The site says that there is breakfast, but in fact it is not ... just a two-two-meter room where you can drink tea or coffee. I wanted to take a bath after hard work, but there was a terrible drain and I got too wet. we lived for two days and nobody cleaned up with us. The only thing I put two stars for is the charming co-workers. They need to work in good hotels, not in these.

I received excellent customer service when I needed to change my room location from Deja. She knew how to meet my request without hesitation. I thanked her for her speedy service and caring nature.

I was here with family for a few days. We booked a double room. The room was perfect for me and my family. Nice and clean. During our stay, I barely came to the office for anything, but my family did. I asked how the office staff was, and they informed me that Deja took care of whatever my family needed and she was very polite. The first coffee maker we were given at check-in didn't work. My sister came down at some point during our stay and informed the front desk and Deja apologized and gave us a new one that worked! Fast forward to checkout day.... I finally come to the office myself. My checkout process was fast and smooth. The lady at the front asked how my stay was and was extremely nice. As I was walking out, I turned around to ask her was her name Deja out of curiosity, and of course her name was Deja! She was shocked I already knew her name and heard of her wonderful customer service. That's amazing. You have a reputation keep it up! We will definitely be back and would recommend anyone! Nice rooms nice staff!
