I recently worked with Benari to design a custom engagement ring. After interviewing a number of different jeweler’s from Philadelphia to West Chester, and everywhere in-between, I settled on Benari. I found pricing of custom diamond rings to be pretty consistent from one jeweler to the next, so it really came down to how comfortable, and confident, I felt with my prospective jeweler. I am a very precise individual with extremely high expectations. Ron, Joel, and Jen did an amazing job managing my expectations and including every last detail in my engagement ring. Once I got rolling with Ron, the process was flawless and even enjoyable. I had multiple design revisions throughout the process and Ron remained very patient with me the entire time ensuring that the finished product would meet my expectations. Needless to say, the finished product is complete perfection and I could not be happier! I am now working with Benari to design a dual wedding band that will fit precisely on either side of the engagement ring. The Benari team is providing the same professionalism to my current build. I will continue to utilize Benari for all of my jewelry needs in the future. IAN

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Rolex from Benari Jewelers. I called ahead to confirm their inventory (which was quite extensive) and Deb was incredibly friendly. Not only was the store beautiful with an incredible selection of jewelry and Rolex watches, but Deb made the experience very enjoyable. The watch was perfectly sized by an expert and I received a lesson on the watch details. I would definitely recommend Benari Jewelers to any of my family and friends.
As a first time walk-in customer the service I received was exceptional. Debbie was extremely courteous and professional. I am very grateful she was able to find me a watch I never thought I would be able to get. To top it off my kids got Benari bear stuffed animals which was the highlight of their week!
