Jim was very courteous, checked all concerns and informed me of a recall. He was able to schedule me quickly. Charlie was very helpful as well, informed me of all recommended items and those that were necessities and helped connect me with the sales department. Mike was also excellent in looking into a trade in value for my vehicle. Overall, today was a great experience. Thank you!

I had a great experience buying a used car here. The sales and finance staff were very friendly. The showroom is clean and comfortable. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours (including a test drive). The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars was they were not all that willing to negotiate on price and the dealer fee is very high compared to most places. But they were up-front about that with me.
Christine at the service desk was super helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My car sounded like a stock racing car and the garage was able to fix it in less than a day and now its blissfully quiet. While not \cheap\ - price was reasonable. They were willing to fix instead of full replacement the part needed so that definitely helped save some money.
Neither of my remotes/fobs were working. I called for an appointment and was able to book a convenient time slot. I was greeted, pleasantly, by Jim Ludwick in the service department who immediately arranged to have remotes checked while I waited for service in clean, safe, covid compliant waiting room. I waited very short time before Jim explained the need for remotes to be reprogrammed and was, also, given a complimentary update status on my car battery. Work was completed, satisfactorily, in timely manner. Much appreciation goes to Jim for his respect, integrity and professionalism! I am new to the area and happy to have found Jim and Exton Nissan.
