Extra AV had done a magnificent job working on my truck. Part of me was a little nervous about leaving my truck but a bigger part of me knew I was in good hands. They took my truck in and worked on it, installing a great sound system in it. The work was amazing, the timing was great and overall was a great experience. I would definitely refer my family and friends here to get all their work done. A big thank you to the owner Nick and the employees there, you guys did amazing!

Initial appointment was a little delayed with Labor Day but it was worth the wait. Had the owner Nicolas over to my new home to give me the lay of the land of an existing theater room. He quickly gave me an understanding of how everything was set up and made some recommendations for an access point, a NetGear router to improve the slow internet speeds we were getting via the ATT modem/router, and a network switch for our game room and theater room. He also made some recommendations to consider for the future. Had him mount 3 TV’s which he and his team executed perfectly. They added several outlets to hide the chords and it came out looking awesome. Also ran 3 Ethernet lines through the house for my son’s room, the game room, and theater room. Gave me a year’s warranty on all services at an affordable price point, and I am very pleased with the work done. Have had it going for over a week now and the WiFi is stronger than ever, kids love the ‘zero lag’ LOL — from the hard lines they ran, and I can now enjoy our theater room for Monday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday football! Overall great work and would recommend Nicolas and crew to anyone looking for Audio/Visual/Security experts.

Extra A/V came out to hang a TV at my girlfriends apartment. Not only were they on time, but they came in fully masked and even wore shoe covers. They came in and did the work quickly, but with quality and care, even stopping to ask where exactly I wanted the TV, the height of the mount, and what my future plans were for the area. They took care of me and then some. If you’re looking for TV mounting or any other high quality A/V work, save yourself the hassle of the big names and contact Nick Flores over at Extra A/V!

I never do this but man the service I’ve been given is terrible. I bought a new TV and 2 Mounts from Extra Audio back in November and we had a scheduled date for the install and they never showed. I was speaking with Nick specifically and I have yet to hear from him, the last thing that he messaged me was “Sounds good man, we’re still on our last project before yours,” and I haven’t heard from him since. I finally said forget it I’ll just get my money back and requested a refund on January 5th, almost 2 weeks go by and I have yet to see anything posted back into my account so I reach back again and they stated it can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. So I said fine I’ll wait, this past Friday was the 14th business day and still nothing. So I reached back again on Monday trying to get a hold of someone to issue me a refund check because I’ve been patient but my patience is up. It is now Wednesday and I still haven’t heard anything about the check being sent out or anything at all. I knew Nick back in High School and I hate to do this because I never leave bad reviews, but if this will hopefully make someone reach out to me to get me my money back so be it. Just flat out really bad service I’ve been given. P.S. I tried posting this 2 weeks ago but it did not post, someone still hasn't reached me.
