This is the second time I’ve rented from this company. I rented in Sandy, UT a few years ago, and now at the Cedar Hills, UT location. Both have been a really good experience. At Cedar Hills this time around, I enjoyed getting to know Jonathan on site, who gave valuable insights to the location of the unit, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service through in person conversation, calls, and follow up texts. He’s gone above expectations to help manage and secure our unit. Thank you!

The friendliest, cleanest self-storage unit I’ve visited. Johnathan was very thorough in trying ti understand what my storage needs were while also being thoughtful about price and needed size. My friend recommended them and she was right. They are amazing and give their competitors (nameless, in Highland :) excellent competition.
I was a little hesitant to rent from a storage unit that you just couldn’t pull your car up to and unload. But I checked it out first and was very impressed. So clean and so easy to unload my items on the carts they provide for us. Jonathan was so helpful with all the questions I had. He was very friendly and made this decision so easy. I would totally recommend this place.

Johnathan at Extra Space has been so helpful! I got a message within 5 or 10 minutes of buying my unit with all the details I needed and a map to my unit. He is incredibly kind and was really enthusiastic about helping me. He walked me to my unit my first time there, explained how my lock worked (and helped me open the packaging!), and helped me find a cart to bring my boxes down. I had a great experience and definitely recommend Extra Space in Cedar Hills for anyone needing to store things! The price is way cheaper than storage in orem and provo too so that is a huge bonus.
I got a unit at Extra Space today. Jonathan was great! He answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was working perfectly for my needs. Signing up was quick and easy and now I’m ready to store :)
Extra Space Storage in Cedar Hills is a terrific new location. It is conveniently located, secure, has spacious elevators, is clean, and well-maintained. Thank you Jonathan and Irene for being so helpful and wonderful to work with.
Place is very clean and easy to access. I like how there is a code to get in the doors as well as a lock to the unit.
