I like how clean the place feels. I rented a storage unit for what I know will only be a few weeks while we move my mom. Went in today and Holly was so helpful. I had a couple of questions and she helped me understand what my best options were.

This was by far the most helpful staff and most well kept facility I have ever stored with. They made my wife and I feel comfortable, helped us with every aspect of our move and Meagan was an exceptional employee who wowed us with creating a great guest experience for us. This location is very convenient for us and the online system for selecting a unit is very user friendly. The entire process took just minutes to complete. I quickly received a text with my access information. When I arrived at the facility, my code worked as expected and when I made it to the unit, there was a welcoming note, lock and brochure with helpful tips. This place was immaculately clean and has been every time we have returned.
Pretty painless move. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates, though I was informed my rent will likely go up in the future, which is to be expected.
Such an easy process! Excellent facility - very clean and spacious. Service was great as well, Holly was super nice and efficient. Highly recommend this location and I will certainly use the ExtraSpace brand for future needs.
