I had Extreme’s One Hour Heating and Air install my new units. I got a ballpark estimate over the phone with Shawn and the next day called to get a exact number. Shawn was very friendly and knowledgeable, prompt, great customer service and had actually installed my parents units 2 years prior and they were very satisfied. The companies price beat all other estimates and along with beat every other company I had come out on warranties. Shawn was able to have me installed less then 24 hours after the estimate was given and I was very pleased because our system was completely out. Joe and Kaleb were my installers and they were on time and great workers! They covered the floor from my front door to the utility room, wore shoe covers and face masks the entire time! I would recommend this company!

Very impressed with this company. Our 20-year old AC went out and we knew that replacing it was almost certainly our best option. Shaun came out to give us an estimate and was extremely transparent, friendly, and professional. There was no pressure or sneaky sales tactics, unlike other companies we talked with (*cough* Stevenson's *cough*) The estimate was affordable and seemed to offer a great value. I called him at one point to discuss alternate finance options and he simply told me what financing cost him and what he was able to offer. It's very easy to make informed decisions thisBecause of all this we decided to have Extreme's do the replacement. They were able to come out and do the install within a couple of days and did a great job. We've loved our new system and would definitely use this company in the future.

Heat pump finally died on us heading into a very cold snap. Nick from One-Hour came out that morning and provided an analysis of the problem and quotes for remedy. I had 4 other places come out to quote a new heat pump and air handler. Ended up going with One-Hour because I was impressed with their responsiveness and pricing. They were able to fit me in on a days notice for the new installation. Joe and Kaleb showed up at 8am and worked until 7pm. They did a great job installing, and also addressed repairs of my plenum and ductwork. I'm pleased with the job they've done and my house is warm again. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome. Good service. Honest plus they are very considerate and clean up afterwards. We had ducts cleaned then they ran a sanitizing anti microbial cleaner through the vents. While they were here we asked for estimate on replacing the ductwork where the filter goes and a ductless hvac for our sunroom they came out a few days later now we can enjoy our sunroom all year round.and I can put filters where they need to go. The cost was very reasonable. Not pricey at all. Thanks Extreme One Hour
