My daughter and I had a excellent five star experience at eyebobs on Glenwood in Minneapolis! Tawny helped us through the whole experience and she was wonderful, very welcoming and friendly! The whole process was very fast and effective. We were in and out within 30 minutes, and the prices are great! Thank you so much Tawny! Allison & Stephanie 12/14/20

WOW. I am very impressed with the customer service follow up. I was contacted within hours of posting this review, and all has been made right so soon I will be sporting a new pair of glasses (sans stress cracks!) very soon. I am proud to once again pledge my loyalty to Eyebobs! Eyebobs just lost another very loyal customer. I have six pairs of trifocal Eyebobs with all the bells and whistles. I shop eyeglasses solely at the Glenwood location. I have a pair (my favorite) that keep getting stress cracks. One employee mentioned that it was a design flaw. Another said it was just my bad luck that I had to return them multiple times to have new lenses put in, but that they would keep on replacing until we got it right. I went in today with my favorite pair, confident that we would repeat what has worked in the past, only to be met with "You'll just need to live with them like that or upgrade to our most expensive and strong plastic lenses. Stress cracks happen with big frames." So.......why sell a faulty product? Maybe have one answer across the board for defective merchandise "We do not stand behind the quality of our brand." The salesperson was very snippy and rude, and I cannot wait to tell all my groovy eyeglass-wearing friends to steer clear of Eyebobs.

Glenwood location with a pair of prescription glasses that are no longer offered. One of the arms broke from the hinge. I was able to return, chose a new frame, and will receive my new glasses in a week or so! Thank you Steve.

You're really making a mistake not keeping Andrew when you close the Florida Mall location. I've never had a more caring, professional, thoughtful optician. I've literally followed him around the country buying glasses from him because he has been in the business forever, he keeps up with all the new technology, he is the best frame adjuster and repairer I've ever seen, he's a wonderful manager, and he's the most lovely person. I think you actually know that because he does the job of 6 regular opticians.

Your Billboard on 394 I would recommend changing "Have you had unprotected specs?". I love your product but find you have hit a low with this.

Very poorly made frames. Not even worth the low prices. Cheaters are ok

I try to shop local. Eyebobs is yet another example of a local business that ive pushed friends toward & a product brand ive spent most of my vision needs on. I cant remotely understand what they are doing. Used to be able to just walk into a local vision store or the eyebobs office and grab a pair of readers or progressives. Not anymore. Sad. Said could try any on there or at there other locations if Id like. Or order on line. Get them made pretty quick. Well. Disappointed, i left to go get a backup else where. Looked on line later, picked out 6 id like to try on first... went to store...oh the web stuff is different than the store..what? So its like two different stores basically. Whats in store is in store and whats online is online. Sooo, thats convenient. So i can order frames on line that i never get to try on first, then I have to go to a Eyebobs location to get them fitted. Handy. The sales rep says the ordering online is set up to give u a more custom fit. I think internet shopping, im totally thinkin ill get a better fit. Eyebobs is still local as ever and less consumer friendly. Good luck with that biz model. Maybe sell wedding dresses online with that approach next! Whats on line is not in stores & you’ll get a better fit purchasing on line. Wasted my precious time x3. Ruined a good advertising customer for you. Its not like I expect a warehouse of custom cars to choose from. Its tiny glasses. If I hear they manufacture the frames in states, i may go back. But I doubt it.
