I have used this shop twice recently to save two different tablets my kids have almost destroyed. Both times the price was extremely fair and the repair was done very quickly. The owner communicated clearly with me and the work was excellent. Knowing my kids, I’ll be back sooner than I would like… but I’m glad to have a device repair shop that I trust and is so well priced.

Edit: While the prices here are more reasonable than others around, I find that the quality of the screen replacements are severely lacking. I’ve had them break in under a week of getting put on my phone twice now. The owner blamed it on me dropping the phone, which is fair. But a true apple screen would never have broken that easily. The new screens also burn images into them and slowly fade away. They also flicker. I’ve had these issues happen on both replacement screens. Definitely disappointed with the quality. My mom is a regular here for screen protectors. Stopped in with her and asked about screen replacement since I had just cracked mine. The owner gave me a great deal and was so nice and funny! He had my phone done within 15 minutes (new screen installed and a screen protector added) and had the best price of any place I checked. Even gave my niece some crackers to make her smile. I will never go any where else for phone issues! Would absolutely recommend.
He was extremely unprofessional. I am only 13 and my mother took me in there to help me get my information back on my old phone. He was nice for 5 min then he totally lost it on me. He said it was my fault that it happened and it was my personal problem. He took my phone and I saw him go on google but didn't see him give himself a good review because I was looking around the store. Then when I leave the service was so bad I went to check the reviews on this place and I notice he gave himself a good review on my phone. Then my mother called him and called him out on it. He said he was sorry and he did it on accident. I want to know how he accidentally goes on his website and gives himself a 5 star review. What I am trying to say is do not go to this place because he is unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful.
Always super helpful when I need help with my phone. Attentive, knowledgeable and always explains what he did to fix my phone. Customer service is A! Thank you!
