Went in around Christmas time and it was like rummaging for meat in the bottom of a hot dumpster. Even with a mask on, I was choking on cigarette smoke. There were concerning sanitary conditions. Meat was brown and did not look good at all. Was not presented well. The smell (mostly tobacco) was so bad I had to leave. After that, went to another local meat market (same prices) and wow, it was night and day - how a meat market should be setup. Hopefully they change their sanitary guidelines to make it better.

Ordered a prime rib for Christmas dinner. Picked up 2 days before Christmas.. let's just say I noticed some unsanitary actions.. slot of the meat in the display had a brownish color to it like it was old or out of temperature range and the place smelled like a seafood market. I went ahead and cooked the prime rib, luckily I didn't get food poisoning. I will definitely be looking for a more sanitary establishment.
I visited fabia's for the first time today. The sausage is freshly made, ⁰definitely try the sausage with peppers and onions, they are out of this world. The meats and the cheeses and the cold cuts are terrific. The store reminds me of the butcher store that I used to go to in the Bronx. I highly recommend going to fabia's, you won't be disappointed. Great bunch of guys.
A real Italian deli that’s about to get even more real! Apparently they are moving to a bigger location in the same plaza and will be putting in a deli and bakery. So needed here in Florida!!!!!!
Went to Fabia’s for the first time yesterday and got their chicken sausage stuffed with spinach & Mozzarella they were Delicious Had to go back today and Try their Cranberry & Apple stuffed pork chops all I can say is AMAZING ..Prices are great and love the Staff My go to from here on out
Everything that I have gotten here is DELICIOUS, Tom will tell you the best way to cook what you buy ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK. I LOVE THIS PLACE
