I was so in love with the necklace I bought as a gift, I almost kept it for myself! Paid for 2 day shipping and came quickly and on time! Will be purchasing again, thank you guys so much for answering my questions as well over the phone! Great customer service.

I just received a ring that I purchased from Factory Direct Jewelers in CA. I order online a 14k solid gold ring with specific size stones in it. The description clearly states the size of the stones and I paid the price for 100% 14k! What I received was a terrible Misrepresentation of what I paid for! The stones were 75% smaller then what is stated on the website! What is even worse is when I used a magnifying glass To see if it was the solid 14k gold that I ordered it said 14k OC. Which means it’s simply a extremely thin layer of 14k over metal! They haven’t even pick up the phone the 3 times I have called! This company is fraud! Don’t be fooled like I have been!
