My mom was doing a online appt with a pediatric doctor for my sister and the doctor literally told the interpreter to hang up the call without prescribing my little sister anything because she was annoyed that my mom was asking for other options. Very unprofessional in my opinion, I work in healthcare and although dealing with family can be difficult at times we always have to remember that these people seek our help and it's our job to do our best to help! If we can't do that then we shouldn't work in healthcare.

As per many other reviews like mine, patient care is not a top priority. I’ve been waiting over THREE DAYS and have made multiple calls to this clinic and my pharmacy has as well to request for them to submit a prior authorization to my insurance so my medication can be filled. I’ve been without my medication for three days and have sent messages via mychart app and made several phone calls even to the after hours emergency line which was no help. And this is not the first occasion, this is happened to me already a total of three times! It’s obvious that their administrative staff does not care about caring for their patients and taking care of simple day-to-day tasks that enhance quality patient care. I manage a healthcare office and I would never leave a patient without medication or handle these type of inquiries without any type of priority as they do. Completely unethical. Let’s see how long it takes for them to do their job. If your life depends on it don’t wait on them you will be in serious trouble!

This place is horrible the staff is unprofessional My appointment is at 8:30 am it’s now 8:15 am and they are not open. Looking for a new doctor now
