I went in looking to buy a bike. I left looking to buy a bike somewhere else. I wasn't welcomed in the shop, and when I asked about a specific bike I wanted the manager told me it was almost impossible to order it and even if they could get it, I would have to take it in whatever color it was due to Yamaha supply issues. They were very persistent on telling me they couldn't get me what I wanted. I went straight to the other motorsports shop in town and placed an order for the exact bike and color I wanted.

Purchased new bike yesterday. The ladies were friendly and a riot to hang out with for a few hours, while paperwork got straight. They went out of their way to get me a good deal. The maintenance team was quick and friendly checking my old bike and going over the new one with me. Great family business

No one was willing to haggle with the price and that was disappointing, however at the end of the day we are both satisfied with the level of customer service and our purchase.
