I purchased a cabin kit from RES in 2017. I have used it on my remote cabin for 2 years and have been happy. In 2019, I purchased another 6 panels since I added a well. RES installed the 6 additional panels on a metal post that I'm able to adjust the tilt and direction with the changing seasons. Even 2 years later, I am still able to contact Eddie or Steve to ask questions to verify as I'm learning more and more. Both of these guys are great to work with.
My experience with RES was overwhelmingly positive. Not only did they provide excellent information, communication, and service during the install and setup of my solar panels (and put up with my endless questions!), but also when I slightly misunderstood something about what I was getting, they went above and beyond the call of duty to "make it right" - when they would have been well within their rights to just say "nope, you got it wrong"! To top it off, they were extremely flexible working with me to get payment, even when my bank introduced some significant delays. All in all, I'd say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Highly recommended. If you don't yet have solar, talk to them today!
My experience with RES was totally positive. The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and they make customer service a priority. Responses to questions by email were prompt and thorough, and phone contact was always helpful. I hope that RES will have a strong business in Fairbanks for many years to come!

Great place to get all your alternative energy or off grid needs met. Fantastic service and free classes to maintain equipment! Home backup system bought from them, and installed. Great job! I will be using them again for off grid cabin.
I installed systems on two locations this summer and am now producing clean energy to run my homes. I love the Enphase APP which allows me to monitor my energy production and the equivalent carbon emissions reductions from my systems with my solar offset. The investment upfront will pay itself back in time, and pay it forward for our planet. Adrian Chavez provided me with excellent customer service, planning for the installation and taking care of everything while I was out of state so that on arrival my systems was expertly installed and running quickly.
