Placed an online order for curbside pickup. Went to pick up and checked in like the email we were sent requested at the time our food was supposed to be ready. We waited almost another 10min past the pickup time then called the number from the curbside-pickup sign and the email we were sent. NO ANSWER! my husband went inside and the lady at the counter said we make an announcement over the intercom once for curbside orders. Our food had just been sitting there. Very understanding if it’s busy. But just remove the curbside as an option for pickup. We are currently back home warming up our food. Very disappointed.

Great service and excellent food. Quick and efficient. Loaded baked potato is cheese and bacon crumbles.
This is the third time I’ve been to this particular Cracker Barrel. Don’t waste your time with these people. Staff doesn’t seem to care. Wait times are always long. Waited for 40 minutes only to drive 30 minutes down the road to another Cracker Barrel. They sat me less than 5 minutes. No one wants to work at this one and I highly recommend you visit another store.
Customer NO SERVICE!!!!! Placed an order on line for curbside pick up. Was assigned a time to be there. Got there on time and parked, called number posted and was told it would be another 10 minutes and I would have to come inside to pickup order. Waited 10 minutes and went inside. Stood in line another 5 minutes only to be told that I was in wrong line. Stood in other line another 5 minutes only to be told it was not ready yet and would be another 10-15 more minutes. After 20 minutes my order was handed to me with the statement that they didn't have the sides we had ordered so they subbed 2 of the orders with the exact sides we had ordered. Your pinto beans are good but not in double doses. Wish I could have made the selections instead of random dublicate selections. Need I say the 40 minute excursion at Cracker Barrell left 3 people with their lunch breaks finished and no time left to eat. This Place is Always Customer Friendly. I call always to place orders for curbside pickup and they Always have Great Customer Service with Great Attitudes. Food is always fresh, delicious and Ready when they say it will be ready. Love the Food and I will keep supporting this particular location
