Knowledgeable and helpful staff with a very extensive product line of new and used kitchen equipment as well as baking trays, mixing Bowles, stock pots etc. They have most everything one may need to build, properly stock or add features to a commercial kitchen. Great experience buying a used commercial range. Will be back and refer them to others.
