I was very impressed with the entire 1245 Team's enthusiasm, knowledge, and patience as they helped me buy a house and sell my existing house. Their design consultant provided an excellent and easy-to-follow list of suggestions to create the best pictures and drive interest/traffic to the house. The buying process was very smooth and they provided great communication throughout on what to expect. The best part was that their pre-marketing strategy was able to sell my existing house immediately, which saved me a lot of stress. WOW...is the best word to describe this team! They are professional, helpful, responsive, caring, and went far beyond any and all expectations. We are a military family that came from Hawaii.
