Was searching for a new job/opportunity after being the retail game for seven years. Submitted my resume online and within a day, a recruiter from Aerotek called me to set up an interview to discuss my job history and what I was looking for. My recruiter was very knowledgeable and helpful as she laid out my potential options. That same week she had set up an interview for me with Navy Federal Credit Union and on the day of my interview I already had an offer. Amazing experience going through Aerotek and forever grateful as I was ready for a new job and most importantly looking to start a stable career. No longer employed under Aerotek (Navy Federal) as I have found a new job opportunity but without them, I would never have gotten mortgage/real estate experience that landed me the new job. *Helpful hint* If you come in contact with Aerotek, treat it as a job interview and not just a recruiting company that you think will just give you a job. You have to put some work in to it as well. Most importantly, be professional. Overall amazing recruiting company!
Aerotek is an outstanding staffing and recruiting agency with a professional and personal touch. I can't recommend them highly enough. Rachel made sure I was briefed and ready to impress for each interview I went on with this client. After two weeks, I secured a great contract-to-hire position where I still am! It's been great working with Aerotek as they are such a great agency as well as having great people working there.
