The food is very good. Yesterday my man & I ate pretzels from here and from then on we have food poisoning. Just gastro symptoms no fever or throwing up. Hopefully it goes away today. I don't blame anybody, I'll still eat here. I've worked food service for years and I know it's hard and you are underpaid. Just do better please when cooking food.

In a world of paleo eaters and gluten allergies it feels like Auntie Anne sits as a relic to a bygone era of going home when the street lights came on. Noone will accuse this pretzel shop of being complex or indulging in over creativity. In fact, you could easily describe Auntie Annes as Lite carnival eats. I had the Arnold Palmer which is an order that seemed to perplex the cashier as if I'd asked for the spaghetti basket with a side of ox tongue. Ask for a half and half lemonade but be sure to be specific and request the unsweetened tea. The world is full of people who believe Arnold Palmer is code for diabetic shock inducing sweet tea and even sweeter lemonade.
Some say you have to die to go to heaven. I beg to differ.
Be careful of this place. They overcharge you on regular pretzels by charging you for special pretzels. Asked for regular pretzels bites and she charged me for the cinnamon ones and when I pointed it out she said oh it's the same price. It wasn't according to the menu and she rudely says "I don't know that's not my problem" awful customer service.
Bought a soda, they had to get the ice from the back, and it took them 10 minuets just to give me a Coke. Then when I got it it was FLAT and tasted old. The. I brought it back and they said "their is nothing wrong with it" without even tasting it. So don't go
Love auntie annes cinnamon sugar pretzels and pretzel bites!
Store is supposed to open at 10am, yet there is no sight of anyone even there at 10:25. Terrible.
Yummy.
