The best car buying experience I’ve experienced in over 10 years. I normally buy only new vehicles but decided to go the used route this time. BMW of Fairfax made my buying experience amazing. Big shoutout to Mike, Rick and Zen. I initially came in with my own financing but Zen had better numbers. Definitely check with him and the options he has available before looking elsewhere. I’ve already told so many friends and family about how well I was treated at this dealership. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but Mike and Rick made the process a breeze. Customer Service is really big in my book no matter how much you are spending and they hit the mark by catering to the customer. They answered all questions, gave me info on the vehicle, detailed the vehicle inside and out and made sure I was satisfied with any imperfections on the exterior. Will be back for my next vehicle!!! The smile from behind the mask is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Great experience with Sam H. at BMW Fairfax. He helped me through my decision to buy a new X3 and reviewed a lot of features and other vehicles with me that were available.
