Sarra B. has been a godsend for my family during the COVID-19 shut down. For the past nine months, she has cared for my parents with kindness and has been completely reliable throughout the pandemic. Sara is very conscientious and has ensured my 80 year-old parents have stayed healthy while at home and when they needed to leave the house. She assists with all aspects of their daily care and has gone above and beyond my expectations to help them. It is clear she is truly concerned about my parents' welfare and my entire family is grateful for her.

I have always found their management and staff to be very accommodating, compassionate, and most of all professional. We have received great feedback from family members in regards to the care that is provided for their loved ones. Every time I see their Ad, it is so painful. My mother was in her death bed, we were desperate for some extra help. We paid so much money to have somebody to stay by her at nights, so I could get some rest. Their people came, sat for a bit then slept the whole night. Each time my mom woke up in pain I came in the room to take of her. Sometime the lady would wake up, other times she would just snore. There is so much more I can write, but just the name Bright Star brings me so much pain. Their unprofessionalism is unforgivable. Get out of this business Bright Star. Sweet faces you put on your Ad is so fake.

Sarra Barakat has assisted my parents in Reston, VA for the past five months and she has been outstanding every minute of the 40 hours she helps them each week. According to my parents, her work could not be any better, and the only thing equal to her work ethic is her personality -- smart, happy and loving. She is especially caring and patient with my mother, who has dementia. If we could give her more than five stars, we would. We can't say enough good things about how Sarra has helped our family manage a very difficult time.
