My roommate and I moved in about 6 months ago and everything has been great! After searching all around Fairfax for a nice place for a good price we landed here and got a great deal. I've called down a few maintenance requests (all which were minor) and all have been taken care of either the next day or the day after. Management is nice and the grounds are kept in good condition. These apartments are nicely sized and very quiet (haven't heard the neighbors once). There is ample parking- I've never had to park far from the building and Guest Parking (with passes) isn't an issue. Overall very happy. Update: 2/14/14 I am downgrading my review for the HORRIBLE snow/ice removal. I've been here for a few years now and whenever we get snow/ice they never clean it correctly. People ALWAYS get stuck in the neighborhood because management does not properly plow/shovel/salt/sand.
