Doctor Kim is very professional and very polite when talking and explain what you need to know in detail. All the staff are friendly too. Highly recommend to anyone. God bless you and your team, Doctor

Dr Cheng took great care of my son through his first ever surgery and his recovery follow-ups!

Frankly, I was terrified (and embarrassed) and probably a rambling dummy discussing my current problem. So my first visit to see Dr. Caroline Sanchez far exceeded my expectations as she listened, didn't rush, answered all questions and was extremely kind. Additionally, the nurses and office staff were all welcoming and wonderful. If follow on appointments go as well, I will be one happy camper.

Dr. Cheng is very thorough and detailed before and after my hemorrhoid procedure. Though I had no comfort level issue her assistant nurse Jackie provided it. They are top shelf for sure and I highly recommend them.

The nursing staff was always friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience with my surgeon Dr. Stern. I personally felt rushed through each appointment. Also after my surgery I had complications and did not feel supported when these issues were addressed. The doctor told me how I was feeling was not normal and insisted I was going through withdrawals, which my pain management doctor, home health nurse, emergency room doctor and I did not agree with. Taking it upon myself to join an online group for people who have had bowel resections I was lucky to find the answers and support I needed. This was after 3 weeks of struggling to hold down food, water, and my medications. While I am grateful for the surgery I cannot say the same for the way Dr. Stern made me feel each time I saw him. This is why I would not recommend Dr. Stern to others dealing with colon and rectal issues.
