The lobby was clean. The chairs were 6 ft apart. The staff was attentive. The wait time was about 15 minutes, including the process of completing intake forms. I went for a TB and drug test . The restrooms were clean and polite. No complaints.

The only reason I took off a star was that I wasn't seeing a whole lot of sanitizing at the front desk. Staff was friendly! When I got to the back for my screening it was the administrator's first time so he had a helper. Both of them were super friendly and helpful. (I am assisted by a service dog, I was grateful that they were very accommodating.)

The guy at the front desk at Concentra in Fairfax on Lee Hwy wearing a mask but not covering his nose. I politely asked hi. To cover his nose. He said it was covered and then covered it for about two minutes. Then his nose was not covered again. Considering that I'll people come he I feel he is not taking my health safety seriously. Furthermore, while I was being seen by the nurse, a doctor and his patient walked by, the doctor didn't even have any part of his nose covered by the mask, it was 100% exposed.

Checkin, payment etc was all efficient. Emily was on time, explained things in clear and easily understood terms, and was professional and friendly. I am extremely impressed.

Got me in and out rapidly and tests conducted and reported according to schedule they provided. Might not seem like a big deal, but in this day and age, that’s a great accomplishment in my book.
