I'm from California and had considered moving to Virginia and called this office to get information. I spoke with a lovely woman by the name of Jing. She assisted me so wonderfully answered all my questions gave me information about the area and surrounding areas and surrounding States to assist me in where to consider moving as Virginia would not be somewhere that would work out for my husband and I. I believe she went above and beyond and really appreciate kind people in county offices they treat you with respect. You don't get that in California much. If you have any questions about care giving care givers responsibilities or whether a person is eligible I would highly recommend you talk with Jing.
