Drove to the office for my annual appointment which was scheduled 12 months in advance. Despite the staff insisting they called, I received no phone call or voice message that my Dr. was no longer at the facility \for months\ or to reschedule my appointment with another doctor. It is not the first time I have encountered problems. Last year, I signed in and sat for nearly an hour while all the other patients after me were seen and left the office. They admitted to \losing\ my file while I waited to be called and when I questioned them about it they gave me attitude. I agree with other reviewers that staff is not organized and could benefit from some customer service training. My doctor would receive 5 stars.

My experience with the doctors here has been good and would merit 4 stars for this practice, but the office seems to struggle with scheduling. On my first appointment, they didn't even have me on the schedule, so I had to come back a week later. I let that one slide, and it seemed to be an isolated incident, as my rescheduled appointment went off with no issue. On my most recent appointment (which had been scheduled months in advance), they called a few days before to tell me that the doctor was no longer available and I would have to reschedule. The appointment was on a Monday holiday, which may have had something to do with the cancellation. When I called to reschedule, I was told that the first available appointment was nearly two months out. They cancelled on me, so I would have expected a better effort to fit me in within a more reasonable timeframe. Instead, I got two months without the slightest expression of regret for the inconvenience. Very poor customer service.

Highly recommend Dr Dressler for her top notch medical professional skill in ophthalmology and courteous and extremely caring and healing and taking care of your eyes health. She has been excellent in treating and managing my dry eye issues and performed super cataracts surgery on my both eyes. Wish my positive and enchanting experience with Dr Dressler may provide you options or alternatives when considering your eyes care or cataracts surgery. Her credentials are indescribable great. Dr. Dressler had my cataracts surgeries on both eyes 2020. One of the best surgery I ever had. No side effect , no vomiting, no nausea, a perfect and excellent surgery procedure. Usually I have really bad posted surgery side effect. I have none none effects with her surgery. She is very detailed and very courteous and make sure any questions or concerns are no concerns. Her experience and knowing your worries Or questions All things are just as she shared and examined. As patient I often over worry or some time forgotten that things take to heal. Dr Dressler always be there to throughly examine you and take care if you. Her office staff are excellent and courteous and efficient and effective. Her cataracts surgery coordinator Ms MiKayley is very detailed and organized and extremely pleasant and courteous and efficient and effective to manage and schedule your cataracts surgery needs and pharmacy for your cataracts surgery eye drops.
