Mold, pics attached. I lived at Eaves 2 years and it was not resolved. Pictures I took while living there. Thankfully moved for my health! Michael Thomas, head at the time did not make the moves to resolve this situation. It really truly felt like they just didn't want to spend the money and my roommates health didn't matter. I would not recommend living here based on the services they provide if you have a real issue.

Came for a self-guided tour and the complex was organized in confirming it. At the beginning a staff explained to us all the fees, prices and complex features. The price was fair but ultimately the complex is a bit aging so the floor plan designs are not the best. Floors are carpeted. Ultimately its a great place to live in since it's next to Fair Lakes, and has ample parking. It's just not a very exciting complex to live in vs. the newer ones. Would recommend touring to friends & family planning to move.
I love the Eaves! The leasing staff is spectacular. Sam was amazing with helping me find the perfect place and he was so patient. I could go on for a while about the incredible maintenance staff, especially Larry Sherry. Larry has helped with the few maintenance requests I have had, including one emergency request, which he responded to in less than 5 minutes and was a pleasure the entire time. Highly recommend this amazing community and I look forward to continue to call this place my home.
I recently leased a unit here. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service that was provided by Sam Girmay. I had several specific questions and circumstances and he showed tremendous patience and diligence in helping me.
This is by far one of the best apartments I have ever stayed at. The maintenance team is always on time. The front desk is always wanting to help with any inquiry's. Its quiet and neighbors are friendly. No bugs in the apartments! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peaceful living. Thank you Jazmine and Sam (front desk) for assisting me with all my inquiry's!
