We received excellent service. The new location is sparkling clean. The personnel are very courteous and helpful. Everything was done on schedule. No problems with billing or the service. There is plenty of self parking and free valet (which we didn't use) available.

What happened to Megan P happened to me too. We were sure that our insurance would cover the cost, but they FORCED us to pay the bill. They sat us down in this small office and made it seem like we were trying to get out of paying. We knew that the insurance would cover the full amount but they would not allow it, so we ended up having to pay for at least half the bill, 700. They took our money and did not even submit it to my insurance. Two weeks later, the insurance company said they had paid the full amount of our bill. So basically they had bill the insurance (1400, which they paid in full) and the extra 700 from us that day. This is also the second time they have done this to us, and it has taken forever for them to give us our money back. The first time they did this, it took them 2 months to get back roughly 1100. That’s a lot of money to just be waiting around for. It’s one thing to not pay for something but another to charge someone extra then not tell the insurance company they received payment for it.

This place is a complete rip off. They will make you overpay anywhere from 500-1000 for the service claiming your insurance doesn’t cover the service only to find out that the insurance actually covered the service and then good luck getting your money back. They have a lazy billing manager who will never return your calls.
