Hired them last minute for a move out cleaning and i was very impressed by the professionalism that was delivered to me over the phone. They showed up right on time and started working immediately. Everythinf turned out great and very happy with the service got. Landlord is also happy. Would hight recommend them !

I do not usually do reviews but this manager was easily one of the rudest people I had met so here is my experience. I requested a \move-out\ clean which included the inside of all cabinets. They claimed they were \confused\ about where to clean as well as \the state of the house was poor\. Isn't the whole reason you call a cleaning service to clean because the house is in poor condition? I did not realize I had to clean before the cleaning people came. The inside of the oven/fridge/drawers was NOT touched. I tried to contact them about re-cleaning but our lease ran out before they got back to me. I requested a refund where they would still keep the majority of the money. However, they only offer me TWENTY DOLLARS in refund for a 240 service that was not completed. Plus they were rude about it so I would steer clear of Fast Maid Cleaning Services.
My husband and I had to travel business and we need a deep clean as we decided to rent out our space since we were not going to returning close to the time frame that we initially thought. We called Steven and he was able to get a team out to our apartment the very next day and came through for us 100%. They used the lock box to enter and only charged us for 2 hours which is amazing because it would usually take me most of the day to clean proficiently as the space is quite large. When we return to DC we will certainly be calling Fast Maid Service! Much appreciation to an honest local business for a job well done!
They have been very professional to respond to my request. After searching local companies, I decided to go with Fast Maid Service. No regrets at all. They are very good at detail cleaning! Highly recommended !
