Ordered a Magic: The Gathering card through TCG and never received it. The card cost 26. I contacted them through TCG asking about where my order was to which I received a very pleasant response. However, after 3 weeks (of a 9-day shipping order), I reached back out to them to request a refund, twice, and have yet to receive a response. I have no information on how this business is in person, but their online presence and customer service is subpar. I have reached out to TCG to get my money back from GnC and will cease business with them permanently. First impressions are a must and their lack of communication has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I do not recommend ordering online from them.
