Guy came, spent 30 seconds looking at my fridge and said it need some parts. Said they would call me with an estimate 5 days ago and I've heard nothing. As it turns out my fridge was just running through a defrost cycle cause the freezer door was cracked open over night. Fridge is fine now. Too bad I had to pay the service call for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE.
