we were really pleased. communication was superb and the technician arrived promptly for each appointment.He diagnosed the problem and they got the part quickly. I really appreciate they did the repair on weekends.price was fair too, my refrigerator running perfectly again, we will call them again for any appliance need.

Inspected a dryer that was not heating, repaired it by replacing heating elements. GE repair Experts did great. When I called they asked the brand of dryer I had and scheduled an appointment the same day. They gave a 2-hour window and came about 1 hours into that window. The repairman brought a heating element with him, as he explained it was the most common repair needed on dryer. After disassembling the machine, he showed me the voltmeter reading for the heating element (none), the thermostat (functional), and one other part that I can't remember (also functional). He replaced the heating element, and explained that the thermostat often goes bad too, although mine was still fine. He gave me some advice -keep the unit away from the wall, keep the lint catcher clean- to make sure it stays that way. In all, the entire visit was less than an hour and completely professional
