Jim and Gearshift are an absolute pleasure with whom to work, I cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the most rewarding creative experiences I’ve had in a long time! I came to Jim with a script, a shot list and some rough sample shots. Jim looked at all of them and knew exactly how to take those three items and turn them into the vision I had in my head. Jim has every part of the process wired. He knows his craft and that makes the whole process so enjoyable. It produces incredible deliverables. We will use Jim for all of our marquee product videos going forward.

Jim and Sam did a beautiful job of documenting my son's memorial celebration. They are true photographic artists. They were very patient with my post event changes -several I reverted back to their original state since their video paring was right on without my novice take.i can't recommend them highly enough.
