This place deserves no stars if possible. Our first experience there, the front desk assistant made a mistake running our insurance that cost us hundreds of dollars, and she did little to help us, or claim responsibility. The rest of the staff ignored the situation. Our second time there (because everyone deserves a second chance, right?), my mother had scheduled an appointment over the phone. However, when we arrived, my mother waited 45 minutes until the same front desk assistant informed her that Insight Imaging does not offer the service she called for. Both experiences were awful, the staff is unprofessional and do not do their job, and it cost us valuable time and money with nothing in return. We will not be going there again.

Building by the main road with sufficient parking spaces. Clinic was clean and reception staff were generally polite and efficient. However, the lab technician who handles the scans was rather strange. When I went into the room, she lectured me on wearing disposable surgical gloves, saying it was very dirty (even though it was a disposable one and I only put it on when I walked into the clinic) and then started asking me, in rapid fire fashion, if I went to parties maskless or just came back from a holiday. This was after I just completed a Covid-screening questionnaire at the reception. I felt rather astonished and quite affronted by her aggressive manner. I wondered if she was profiling me cos I look like a young, single guy. Then she insisted my new N95 disposable mask was dirty and handled me a surgical mask to use during the scanning which I dutifully put on. The scan itself was conducted professionally and was quick and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long after the scan to receive the scans on a disc. After the scan, I disposed the given surgical mask and put back on my N95 one. The lab tech then again berated me throwing away the mask she gave me and said my N95 was dirty (again, my mask was the disposable kind and I used a new one before entering the clinic). Her assumptions and manner was rather off putting and marred an otherwise pleasant visit to this clinic.
This was my first time getting an MRI. I didn’t know what to expect and felt a bit nervous for my appointment. Said was the one who took care of me during my MRI. He was so friendly and even made me laugh. He made me feel much more relaxed about being there. He was so gentle and kind and took such great care of me. Anyone who gets his care is lucky, because he is a wonderful person. Thank you, Said.
I had a Great Experience with sonographer Krystal Swan. She is very friendly with professional skills and knowledge and a lot of patience, making sure you feel comfortable during whole procedure. She was really sweet and understanding ,explaining me what she sees on a screen, it helps a lot, especially, when you feel anxiety during this time. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I tried to leave her a feedback on their website, but did not find this option. Thank you, Krystal! Highly Recommended Place!
