Excellent customer service. Mark was able to schedule me the following week. Erik was very professional, thorough, and offered great service. Outstanding communication throughout the whole process. I got the package for unlimited number of supply and return ducts and registers and all main ducts based on one air handler (1 HVAC). It includes m agitating and vacuuming of entire duct system as well as complimentary sanitization. I would definitely recommend their service.

This was a great value for total unlimited vents air-duct and vents per thermostat including the dryer vent cleaning. Erik explained the whole process before starting the job and kept us up to date with the progress of the job. He even showed us the before and after picture of the work. Will definitely recommend Lowe's Air Duct cleaning to my friends and family!
Mike explained how he was going to clean ducts. He also took pictures before and after and I saw what was removed. He also advised cages over the vent so birds would not be able fly into the vents. Very pleased.
