We rented an 8 passenger stretch limo for a friends 25th wedding anniversary. What shows up in my driveway was a 12 passenger party bus that looked like an Amazon Prime truck. They didn't call me to tell me anything and when I called to complain, they said the vehicle wasn't running so they gave me an upgrade. It wasn't an upgrade. The driver was named Tye and he was great. The guy that answered the phone when I called to complain was full of it. My greatest frustration is I had no recourse to order another limo. I had promised a limo and had no choice but to take the ride as it was an hour before we had to meet the couple celebrating. The vehicle wasn't horrible. It just wasn't classy like a limo. It literally looked like an Amazon vehicle. Tye the driver was personable and great driver. I was still mad about it and couldn't really enjoy the evening because of this. Tye discounted the cost 75 but that wasn't the point. To drive home the point....when we pulled up to the couple's house to pick them up, their son thought Amazon was dropping off something. I got no phone call that the vehicle I ordered was swapped. I understand things happen. The person on the phone said the limo was leaking antifreeze. I have no way to verify it but he knew I would be committed to take what they gave me because I had no time to find something else. I liked the driver. Tye. The company could have handled this 100 times better.

Definitely had a Great time on the Party Benz. Alex set up the schedule and Robert took authority behind the wheel. Both we're very laid back and comfortable people. Robert made the entire trip relaxing, always letting us know what the next move was and keeping us informed so we could continue to carry on without concern. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the area. Thanks a lot guys for giving us an awesome bachelor party!
I rented a limo with Majestic for my daughter’s birthday and was a little hesitant with covid going on but they made me feel very at ease. They arrived on time and the driver wore a mask the entire time and was helpful and friendly with the kids. All together they made the day much easier during this time and highly recommend their services.

The limo was immaculately clean inside and out. Travis was punctual at every stop. His driving was impeccably smooth at every turn. He was polite, courteous, and particularly helpful to the bride's 92 year old grandmother. If only we could do it all over again, we most certainly would.
