A wonderful, refreshing experience at this office. I have a chronic condition that is difficult to treat on a budget, even with insurance. Today was almost an emergency room visit. Today at Millennium Medical Care, I was in the waiting room 3 minutes (after arriving 3 minutes early for the appointment). The staff was kind and professional. The physician listened (this is huge), then offered several solutions. She searched for other facilities that provide deep discounts for expensive procedures. I have the medicine I need and several specialists to contact for a follow up. Thank you, MMC, for treating me. These people are heroes.

Horrendous. Took a covid test there. Was instructed to wait in the lot. After arriving a few minutes early and notifying them of my arrival, I waited over an hour before I heard ANY response to my calls, messages and anything. They sent me a patient experience feedback form before I even saw a nurse for the test. It's now been over a week since the test and I have heard absolutely nothing regarding the covid test result. I have attempted to call and message several times (see photo) with no response, at all. This was my worst healthcare experience and I studied healthcare administration for an advanced degree so I'm even more irritated \u200d️

I’m giving this urgent care 1 star specifically for their billing practices. I had no issue with their staff or doctors the two times I needed to go here. However, my last visit was only for a COVID-19 test and it was billed to my insurance as a doctors visit. The reason why it was billed as a doctors visit was because of a 10-15 SECOND video call with one of the doctors who just literally confirmed my appointment. Nothing else was discussed. Typically COVID-19 test are free, but just because I had a video call with one of the doctors I am now subject to pay my 30 co-pay. I even called my insurance company who agreed with me stating a doctors visit/consultation is not needed for a Covid-19 test. I know it’s only 30, but I still don’t think it’s fair for them to charge me for a doctors visit. Won’t be back.
