OAR is a group of dedicated, passionate individuals who truly care about the well-being of the people/families being served. OAR supports each person on an individualized basis with tailored services/support specific to that person in helping them achieve their own goals. A great resource for 1-on-1 or group support for anyone involved in the justice system.

Nice and dedicated people for the most in need. Pablo Bergara helped me a lot with some paperwork. Thanks to all of you.

My case manager, Lauren Evans, was the most hostile and unpleasant person I’ve ever encountered! However, Jamie Malloy, was incredibly sweet and helpful in the process of filing a report against Lauren Evans and being assigned to a new case manager. 5 stars for her and 0 for Lauren Evans.

They offer a lot of services and assistance for both the returning felon and his/her family.

I had to deal with them through the court. The case manager i recieved seemed very helpful in person. When you leave the office, communication slumps. She had issues returning phone calls and seldomly responded to emails. She was late placing me at a volunteer location by 2 weeks and when i called, my call was not returned. I had to call the front desk to hunt her down and she wouldnt be in the office or would be there later in the day. Others in OAR had to work to resolve my issues. It was hell on earth trying to get my hours updated in the system. I went to court with my hours being completed and the judge scolded me because they were not updated in the courts system despite me sending them to my case worker. My point is, depending on your worker, you will have to jump in these people's skins to make them do their job. Overall the program is helpful, but maybe they are under staffed? I had a huge headache after my final court date because my paperwork still was not correct.
