Highest quality of custom crafted orthotics I have ever found! Terry has decades of expertise in making orthotics for even challenging feet, like mine that have seen several surgeries. Might sound odd but the orthotics he makes are a work of art, precisely crafted for the support nuances my feet require. Reasonable costs and most pleasant professionals.

This use to be a very good facility, to deal with. I called after 5 years, needing an update for my orthotics. The first time I called , I was on hold and no one ever came back to the phone. I called back , I was given a voicemail no one ever returned my call. I called again a third time the next day and finally got through to a scheduling assoc, Eva and she was super rude and not helpful at all. I explained my situation to her and that I was a previous patient but she didn’t act like she cared and was more concerned that I was out of network. I don’t care , if I have to pay it’s fine, I need them to function (orthotics) !! Anyway I told Eva I didn’t appreciate her attitude and how the office disregarded my messages etc.. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
What an amazing staff!! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful...They are all on top of their game got me pre-approved for my cam boot and had it ready before my appt. Broke my leg and had nothing but doctors and hospitals pushing me aside and treating me like trash because of Medicaid insurance...Orthotic Solutions were the first ones to actually care and treat me with respect and compassion... Thank you guys for everything you mean the world to me!!
