Pond Roofing did a fantastic job with our new roof. The estimator, Lonnie, was punctual with our appointment and provided the estimate quickly. The estimate was less than several competitors, and Pond's stellar reputation made them an easy choice. Bernardo and his crew showed up early and work began promptly at 7 a.m. They were all very nice and did an excellent job. The field supervisor, Nick, was very responsive to any questions I had and with the follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the finished product, which I absolutely was. Everything went extremely well. I highly recommend them.

Superb experience working with Pond Roofing! I researched several roofing companies before selecting Pond for my project, which was much more than a simple roof replacement. I chose Pond because of their experience, responsiveness, and genuine concern for the customer's intent for the project. Up front, I am a very detailed oriented customer and expect a lot from the companies I work with for my projects. Pond exceeded my expectations and more than delivered on my intent. In addition to selecting a unique and higher end shingle (CertainTeed Presidential Shake), I also relied on Pond to install CDX over my 1956 existing plank decking; complete soffit and fascia replacement (Hardie); trim (Hardie); extend the gables; and replace the front right exterior with Hardie board and batten. I highly recommend Pond for your roofing needs including add on projects listed above. I am an out of town property owner and I am constantly frustrated trying to find professional, responsible, honest, ethical, affordable, courteous and punctual contractors in the DC megalopolis. Pond was recommended by my HVAC company after they performed routine maintenance on my attic furnace and noticed a small leak in my roof. Pond scheduled a site visit by one of their senior field managers right away. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and a short while later Pond scheduled my service appointment. The on-site service was great. They fixed the leak quickly (which included redoing the whole area where the furnace vents through the roof) and used a leaf blower to clean the roof of fall leaves and twigs. Before leaving, the service guy cleaned up the twigs and leaves from my driveway. The service person provided good advice on how to regularly maintain my roof in the forest type environment where I live. Both service people were professional, prompt, friendly and provided good work and advice. I would recommend Pond Roofing to anyone needing small repairs or a replacement roof.
