Price Benowitz handled a Restoration of rights case for me and I could not have asked for more. All I needed to do was provide an adequate amount of paper work showing that I had actively excelled in my pursuit to earn my rights back. The rest was done by the firm. Andrew Lindsey and Floyd Oliver teamed up to get my son out of 2 major gun charges in Virginia Beach and Prince William county that he had gotten within 2 weeks of each other. He most likely would not have received bond had it not been for these guys hard work. Covid-19 delays helped, but Andrew Lindsey and Floyd Oliver also work well with the prosecutors office and judges in the areas. In the end my son got both charges completely dismissed 15 months or so later. You cant expect dismissal in every case, but what you can expect is for the Price Benowitz team to fight for you. I dont have a thing bad to say about these guys, get them on your team!
I hired Mr. Lindsey to help restore my firearms rights in Prince William County Circuit Court. From the moment I initially contacted Mr. Lindsey he was professional, confident, and courteous. Prior to ever receiving a dollar from me he gave me an overview of the process and assured me that he could get this done. Fast forward to 10/9/2020 and we are appearing in circuit court. Upon our arrival we noticed an error with docketing on the courts behalf. Despite Mr. Lindsey filing all pertinent information in the correct manner, the court made a clerical error and did not have my case on the docket. The judge attempted to have this rescheduled at a later date but Andrew would have none of it! He challenged this point and advise everyone involved that he had made no errors and would like for his client (myself) to be able to have the right to a speedy resolution. The judge agreed and after a brief recess, signed an order restoring my rights! Mr. Lindsey is an attorney for the people and no push over.
