I hardly write any reviews, but this one is definitely worth mentioning. I visited several luxury apartments in the Fairfax area, but was very impressed with Prosperity Flats, especially with the leasing agent, Vivian Nguyen. She followed up accordingly and appropriately to discuss my apartment preferences prior to my appointment, and she also came in to give me a tour on her day off! All the listings she showed me were spot on with what I wanted and she was extremely professional. I saw the same exact professionalism in the rest of the staff and knew that any concerns or questions would be addressed immediately. The apartment is amazing too and is what I wanted in a luxury apartment. Washing machines, countertops, bathrooms, amenities, gym, and many more were all excellent quality. Additionally, the apartment complex ensures to maintain resident's safety, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. So far, I am enjoying my time at Prosperity Flats and can't wait to continue staying!

I lived here for a year and loved the building and its management; well designed, constructed, and maintained building with efficient and quite friendly management. Building manager, front desk and maintenance people are friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. Rhena and Victoria are the bests there. Pros: proximity to the metro and Mosaic, management, appliances and cleanliness, amenities like pool, lounge, gym, bike room, game room, .... Few minor cons: somehow complicated rule for example in regards to using the lounge. Heating system is not the best esp. during the cold winter time. Guests parking spots are quite limited.

We love living in this community, the only weakness has been the lighting in the apartment with many of the bulbs failing shortly after move in and being unable to replace them. Outside of this the staff has been wonderful and probably the greatest display of what professionalism looks like.

It has been approximately 2 year to move and living prosperity flat apartment. My experience is good till now . Especially management is sublime . thanks for Assistant Manager Sehr,Supervisor Rhina Villagomez , Concierge Victoria. They are good listeners and they are higher qualified to solve problems any type level. I do recommend both them if you need professional , quick , pragmatic resolutions within apartment building . Well done.

Absolutely superb experience. The leasing office and concierge were exceptionally professional and courteous at all times. I was always greeted with a smile. I highly recommend this property. Very well maintained.
