I've been getting laser hair removal for my face for a few months (5 appointments so far) mostly focusing on my chin, sideburns and upper lip. I've been very pleased by the results of lesser and thinner hair growing. It's helped with my confidence and I no longer am stressed by daily tweezing, now I just use a face shaver once a week and I no longer have hair growing on my sideburns (very faint wisps of hair are left). The facilities is spacious, well maintained and clean and there is ample parking nearby. The technician is a lovely lady with years of experience and is patient and thorough when explaining the process and expectations of laser hair removal. Prices are reasonable and results have been great in comparison to other locations I've tried. I'm so happy with my results I've decided to start laser hair removal for other parts of my body. Highly recommended!

I am so happy I chose this place for my laser hair removal journey! After my first treatment I immediately saw results. I have gotten 3 treatments and so far I’m amazed with my results. Anu is very professional and walks you through the process and always makes sure you are comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to be hair free!
I started my laser Journey because as a woman of mixed ethnic background we can tend to have problems with hyperpigmentation ingrown hairs etc, simply because our hair is different ranging from curly and course. I picked Softtouch because they advertised woman of all backgrounds and I’m so happy I did. After my first treatment I saw results. I have been getting treatments for a few months now and I have NO more irritation NO more ingrown hairs my bikini area is smooth and my overall pigment is becoming even. Besides my fantastic results the staff is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough.
They over charge for just a small area laser treatment and service is not good as well. I think they are keeping only positive reviews and deleting (or forcing them to remove) negative reviews.
I highly recommend Softtouch Laser for communication, professionalism, cleanliness, and of course the results. Anu is great and really took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. This was my first foray into laser hair removal and it was a very successful journey. I have just finished my 6th treatment and have had great results.
